A Walk In The Woods



Mosaic knitting is knitting with two colors, sometimes more than two, to create geometric shapes by slipping stitches.

Intermediate level skills

Yarn Suggestions:
Manos del Uruguay Maxima or Noro Tsubame, Noro Haunui, Noro Violaor Cascade 220 & Cascade 220 Superwash

Yarn:
Worsted weight yarn in two contrasting colors.
Main color 660 yards
contrasting color 220 yards

Needles:
US 7 & 9 or size needed to obtain gage:

Gauge:
15 sts x 30 rows = 4 x4 " in garter stitch on smaller needle after blocking.  (
Gauge is not critical for this project but differences will affect yardage requirements and finished size.)
