Basic Crochet Hat
In this class students will learn:
How to read a crochet pattern
How to work crochet in the round
How to make a magic ring
How to adjust a pattern to fit
Students must:
Have taken an introduction to crochet class or equivalent class.
At minimum know how to double crochet and single crochet
I like to say that they won't finish the hat in the 2 ½ hours of class, but will have the skills to complete the hat on their own.
Materials Needed:
Yarn: 1 skein (~200 yds) worsted weight yarn. Sample uses Cascade Woolpaka
Hook: 5.00mm/US H8
Notions: Tapestry needle for weaving in ends
