Beginner Brioche Hat

Brioche stitch can be a bit more intricate than other knitting techniques, but if you're already familiar with basic knitting, purling, and fixing errors, this is an excellent skill to add to your collection. Once you master it, you'll find it incredibly rewarding!

In this two-session course, we will guide you through the process of making a hat. The first session will introduce you to the brioche stitch, and in the second, you'll learn how to decrease and complete your hat. Be prepared to do some knitting homework between sessions.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Reading a pattern (including brioche stitch terminology), brioche stitches: slip one yarn over (slyo), brioche knit (brk), brioche purl (brp), brioche decrease (brLsl dec).
