Marsha Shawl KAL
MARSHA, MARSHA, MARSHA!!
Did you know that knitwear designer Jody Long has created a shawl named after our very own Marsha? The design features a beautiful lace pattern created with yarn-overs.
To celebrate, we are hosting a Knit-Along (KAL), and we would love for you to join us!
If you are interested, you can sign up and purchase Jody Long’s "Delish" yarn—a fingering weight blend of 50% extra-fine merino wool and 50% mulberry silk—or use a different yarn of your choice. The pattern requires 6 hanks of Delish yarn or 1392 yards of an alternative yarn. If you supply your own yarn the KAL is FREE and you select the "Class Only" option.
Important details:
- Pre-orders: Delish yarn must be pre-ordered between 5/1 and 5/31/26.
- Kick-off: The first meetup along with the pattern and yarn distribution will take place on Saturday, 7/11/26 from 2:00-4:00 pm. The KAL will be on Saturdays from 2:00-4:00 pm on the following dates:
July 11 and 25, 2026
August 8 and 22, 2026
September 5 and 19, 2026
Attendance at each session is not required! Come and show your progress, get suggestions and help with the project and connect with other participants!
