Our Oak Sock base is the perfect blend of soft and sturdy: strong enough to make socks that will last and perfect for snuggly sweaters, shawls, cowls, and hats! A smooth ply and excellent stitch definition make for a yarn that is a delight to knit and wear.
Every skein is hand-dyed with care by the Little Squirrel team. We make every effort to be consistent with our dye process and it is the nature of hand-dyed skeins to be unique and vary slightly from one another.
Colors may vary slightly from what you see on the screen. We photograph outside in natural lighting and do our very best to represent colors accurately. Even so, differences in monitors, devices, and the human eye can impact perception of color.
All skeins are rinsed multiple times using wool wash. It is normal to experience a slight dye discharge in the first wash. Using cold water and hand-washing are recommended to minimize this.
